Unfortunately, the fonts cannot be modified. However, we offer custom design services to cater to your specific needs.

We are committed to ensuring that your names and information are displayed beautifully. Slight changes may be made to the layout to accommodate wording.

How many invitations should I order?

It's typical that you send one invitation per household.

We would advise buying one invitation per family, plus a handful extra to be prepared for extra guests or mix-ups with addresses, for example.

Don't Forget: Order an extra invitation to give to your photographer on the morning of your wedding!

Lead Times

We're currently running with a 4-6 week lead time, although we try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

However, this could change during the wedding season. Please allow up to 8 weeks for completion. If you require a fast and guaranteed turnaround, please contact us here BEFORE you place your order.

Delivery & Returns

FREE DELIVERY
We use an Express, tracked service for all of your orders. Please note, the expected delivery time excludes the lead time of your order.

RETURNS
Unfortunately, as all of our products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds. If you place an order by accident, you have up to 1 hour after the order was placed to cancel and receive a full refund. We can not refund once your order has been marked as processed.

FAQs

What if I don't like the proof design?

Your proof email will contain your chosen design with the given information relating to your wedding. We offer a 2x proof change free of charge, anything after this will include a £15 fee for every proof/change.

We can make bigger changes to your design. However, this will incur an £80 bespoke fee that must be paid prior to work being carried out and is non-refundable.

Can I add foil finishes to my design?

Yes! If the design doesn't already have the option to add foil, please send us a message before you place an order.
Please note: Our foiling service does come at an extra cost which we calculate on enquiry.

Can I change the colour of the envelope for my invitations?

Yes! Please message us prior to placing your order and we can advise on colour availability for your chosen design.
